Our New Adventure
You just never know where life may take you! My last post to the blog was about my "new" job back in September 2009 and now our family moved 1200 miles to another state! We left 80 degree "winter" days for the real thing in Twin Falls, Idaho! From West Texas to Southern Idaho! We've only been here for a few weeks! Everything is still so new and strange! There's so much to get used to all at once!
I am not sure what I am going to do for a job. I still have to work that out. I may use this blog for staying connected to friends and family back home. I'm still thinking about it. But, I do have a lot of extra time right now, so I may start posting again. I miss it! I had a lot of fun doing it and I miss keeping up with all the other blogs, too!

Welcome back Pam! Boy, can I ever relate to "you never know where life may take you" and I completely understand the "new and strange" too, even though we're only moving 45 miles, not 1200. Good luck in your new place.
ReplyDeleteIn your last post you mentioned the possibility of posting some of the decorating tricks of your visual decorating job. I think that would be fascinating and extremely helpful so I hope you consider sharing some of that info when you have time after getting settled in. :)
Welcome back and congrats on your new adventure! I know it must be scary but at the same time very exciting! I am sure Idaho is much differ than West Tx!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you really moved far away from Good ol' Texas. I'm a Texan myself and honestly, I don't know if I could take the cold winters up in the northern states. I'm already freezing my rear end off when temperatures are falling below the 60's mark. LOL
ReplyDeleteAnyway, Congrats and I wish you all the best and hope you will settle in quick.
Best Regards from Houston, TX
